General Terms and Conditions of Returns

1.       Returns shall be subject to the following terms & conditions:

·         That the request for return is raised within the return window;

·          That the product(s) are returned in its original condition along with its original packaging box with MRP tag sticker label intact and not tampered with, user                 manual, warranty card and all accessories therein and with no signs of use, damage, scratches, grease or dents;

·          That the product(s) was were not damaged while in your possession;

·         That the product(s) are not different from what was shipped to you;

·         That if the product(s) has been received damaged, the return request is initiated within 1 calendar day of product delivery. In this case, the return window shall           not be applicable.

2. Product(s) marked as non-returnable or on the platform(s) product detail page including but not limited to electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards, etc.), car body covers, bug & tar remover, air fresheners cannot be returned;

3. If you’ve received a defective non-returnable product, you may contact us within 10 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

4. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy;

5. Customer(s) can initiate the return from the “my order” section on any platform(s);

6. Product(s) that fulfil the conditions of D-01 are eligible for free returns only;  

7. A free return cannot be created for product(s) that were returned and/or damaged once before;

8. If a request by you is placed and the seller does not have the same product in stock, a refund would be automatically issued to you;

9. Customer shall check the consignment for any physical damage and, if any found, mention this on the POD (Proof of Delivery) documents of the logistics carrier;

10. We recommend taking photos of packages received and shooting an unpacking video of the product. In case of any problem with the product share it at info@torquerider.in;

11. In case of a return, do make a video while repacking the part;

12. While returning the package, the customer should make sure that the products are repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. In case of damage during reverse transit, torquerider shall not be liable for any refunds returns whatsoever.;

13.In case of a manufacturing defect item’s fault claim, the customer(s) may get the part inspected at a brand authorised service centre & get an inspection report document for further investigation;

14.The final decision regarding manufacturing defect item’s fault claim be taken by torquerider & the supplier;

15. Depending on the route and logistics services provider delivery time may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item;

16. If you are self-shipping an item that costs more than ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or/and purchasing shipping insurance; In this case, we shall not be held responsible if we do not receive the package from you.

17. Shipping and gateway charges commission are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the amount refundable to you;

18. If your return claim is rejected, we will send back the product(s), on the customers’ request or scrap it after 30 days of keeping it in stock. The customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.

General Terms and Conditions of Refund

1. Once we are notified about your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of the return, as the case may be, our quality check team shall inspect the product and approve or reject the refund.

2. The refund shall only be issued to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the products at our facility.

3. Refunds cannot be processed to any third-party accounts or in cash or kind, under any circumstances.

4. It usually takes up to 5 to 7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank.

Shipping Cost Refunds

1. In case the company will not be able to arrange the pickup of the returned items, the company can ask you to self-ship the return products from the registered post i.e. India Post only.

2. The incurred shipping charges shall be refunded subject to the availability of a registered courier receipt.

3. In case of any issue with return with the registered post, you may contact the team.

General Terms and Conditions of Cancellation

1. Users’ may cancel an order before the order has been shipped by the company, the company may accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the user(s). However, the company may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped and or in transit.
