Nano Ultra Lube



What is  Nano Ultra Lube?

Nano Ultra Lube is an additive for vehicle oils. It contains extremely tiny oil-loving particles (about 2 nm - quantum-dot size). It is made to be used with regular engine oil, not to replace the oil.

Main benefits

When added to engine oil, Nano Lube helps to:

  • Reduce friction between metal parts

  • Improve engine performance and smoothness

  • Prevent the oil from overheating (a common cause of problems)

  • Increase mileage and load-carrying ability

  • Reduce noise, vibration and engine jerking

  • Lower oil consumption and lengthen service intervals

It’s especially useful for vehicles that run a lot (auto rickshaws, taxis, delivery bikes, etc.). If you care about keeping your vehicle in good condition, this product is for you.

How to add Nano Lube

  1. Best time to add: mix Nano Lube with fresh engine oil during an oil change (and change the filter). This gives the longest benefit.

  2. You can also add it any time after an oil change. You may use it once or every oil change - continuous use helps protect the engine.

  3. Before using, shake the bottle well or stir so the nanoparticles mix.

  4. Empty the whole bottle into the engine oil container, mix well, then pour into the engine. You can also pour Nano Lube directly into the engine after adding fresh oil.

  5. After adding, idle the engine for at least 20 minutes or drive at least 30 km so the additive spreads and works.

  6. Check that the oil level does not rise significantly after adding the additive (whether used alone or with Compression Booster).

How Nano Lube works — simple explanation

  • Metal surfaces that look smooth actually have tiny hills and valleys under a microscope.

  • Oil makes a thin film between metal parts, but liquid oil can’t fill all the tiny valleys. Under heavy conditions the oil film can break, causing friction and heat.

  • Nano Lube has solid spherical particles (2 nm) that fill those tiny valleys and stick to the surface. They act like tiny ball bearings, changing sliding friction into rolling friction.

  • Because of this, friction, wear and heat drop a lot. The particles can handle very high temperatures (up to 650 °C) and very high pressure (up to 3,00,000 psi), so they protect the engine for a long time and help it run cooler and quieter.

Troubleshooting (quick guide)

  • If engine was neglected or not serviced regularly:
    Change the engine oil with a high-detergent or dual-rated oil 3 times within 2,000 km (or until the oil stops blackening) before adding Nano Lube.

  • If engine had pickup (acceleration) problems before using Nano Lube:
    Check and replace the air filter first.

  • If performance doesn’t improve much after Nano Lube:
    Inspect/replace air filter, fuel filter, fuel pump, injectors/carburetor, spark plug, intercooler, EGR/PCV systems, oxygen sensor. Also try cleaning the throttle body and turbo if fitted.

  • If performance falls after adding Nano Lube or Compression Booster:
    Try replacing the oil filter — sludge loosened by the additive can clog it.

  • If noise continues after changing the oil filter:
    Clean the oil strainer inside the oil sump.

  • If engine noise increases after adding Nano Lube:
    Clean the oil strainer and/or replace the oil pump.

  • If mileage or pickup decline and there is noise/vibration:
    Add Compression Booster to help with compression loss. Severely worn engines may need more.

  • If vehicle has run ~2,00,000 km and you notice abnormal noise or low oil pressure:
    Replace the oil pump before using Compression Booster for best results.

  • If soot or injector deposits cause thick oil:
    Service or replace the faulty parts before using Compression Booster.

Note about new cars: Compression Booster can be used if the engine lacks power, regardless of vehicle age.

Important warnings

  • Nano Lube and Compression Booster reduce engine friction. In some cases, a certain amount of friction is needed for safety (for example, engine braking).
    Do not use Nano Lube in vehicles that rely heavily on engine braking (heavy trucks, vehicles used on steep hills, etc.) — engine braking can drop too much.

  • Do not use Nano Lube in places/components that require friction: Limited Slip Differentials, CVT (Continuously Variable Transmissions), DCT (Dual Clutch Transmissions), torque converters, etc.

  • Two-wheelers with wet clutches:
    If you add more than the recommended amount, the clutch may slip under heavy load.

    • Recommended: 50 ml for stock clutches.

    • Racing clutch: you can safely use double dose.

    • Royal Enfield: up to 100 ml is usually safe because of strong clutch springs and lower RPM use.

  • Warranty caution: Telling your authorized service center that you used Nano Lube may cause them to void your engine warranty.
